Charlotte Riberholdt has a master’s degree in economics and has extensive experience from the public as well as the private sector – with knowledge management, business process development and business support as key areas of responsibility.

Among other she has been head of department and project manager at Novo Nordisk and worked with knowledge reporting, knowledge sharing, collaboration and quality management. Previously she has worked at the National Gallery of Denmark and in the Ministry of Culture.

Charlotte thrives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and is passionate about business process improvements at Chora Connection in order to liberate time and resources for core activities. She has special focus on mediation, change management and internal communication.

At Chora Connection Charlotte has responsibility for the administrative business processes as well as operational services to the Board, strategic sparring and reporting.
