Karen is the director of Chora Connection and member of the executive committee. Karen was a founding member of the organisation.

Karen Blincoe is the founder of ICIS and former Director of Schumacher College (UK). Additionally she has been head of Visual Communication, Denmark’s Designcollege, vice-president in Icograda and chairman of the Ass. Danish Designers. She is currently a boardmember of Samsø Energy Academy, RCE Denmark and member of the advisory board for CSR Link. Karen has a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Philosophy (UK). She has been working on a Ph.D in sustainability from the Faculty of Arts, Brighton University, UK.
